When I was 19 I was in a near fatal car accident. It happened on July 4th, 2001. I always thought about writing a blog to share my story, but I never did it because I was almost certain that there were a million blogs similar to my story. Recently I had an ankle replacement, and during this long recovery, I said why not do what I've always wanted to do. I have always wanted to be one of the faces of Arthritis. it's true that Arthritis has no face, age, or color. I just want to help someone that may think they are alone. I am 37 and I have end-stage arthritis.
